Abstract

Kurikulum 2013 merupakan kurikulum yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keaktifan, kreativitas, inovasi dan produktivitas.SMK N 1 Purbalingga merupakan SMK yang sudah menerapkan Kurikulum 2013, akan tetapi kreativitas siswa kelas XII Pemasaran masih rendah. Siswa masih memiliki kreativitas yang rendah pada materi penataan produk dan promosi produk. Kreativitas dapat dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi. Faktor yang mempengaruh kreativitas yaitu situasi yang mengadirkan ketidaklengkapan serta keterbukaan, situasi yang memungkinkan dan mendorong banyak pertanyaan, situasi yang mendorong dalam rangka menghasilkan sesuatu, situasi yang mendorong tanggung jawab dan kemandirian, situasi yang menekankan inisiatif diri, kedwibahasaan. perhatian dari orang tuastimulasi dari lingkungan sekolah, motivasi diri. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jumlah responden 38 siswa. metode pengumpulan datamenggunakan angket, dan metode analisis data menggunakan analisis faktor untuk mengetahui faktor dominan yang mempengaruhi kreativitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat dua faktor dominan yang mempengaruhi kreativitas, yaitu keadaan saat pembelajaran dan rangsangan dari lingkungan. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa kreativitas belajar siswa dipengaruhi oleh keadaan saat pembelajaran dan rangsangan dari lingkungan. Curriculum 2013 is a curriculum that aims to enhance the activity, creativity, innovation and productivity. SMK N 1 Purbalingga is already implementing vocational curriculum in 2013, but the creativity of students of class XII Marketing is still low. Students still have the creativity that is low on product structuring materials and promotional products. Creativity can be affected by factors affecting. Factors that influence the creativity that is the situation that presents the incompleteness and openness, a situation that enables and encourages a lot of questions, the situation is encouraging in order to produce something, a situation that encourages responsibility and independence, a situation that emphasizes self-initiative, bilingualism. attention from parents stimulation of the school environment, self-motivation. This study uses a quantitative approach with a number of respondents 38 students. data collection methods using questionnaires and data analysis methods using factor analysis to determine the dominant factors that affect creativity. The results showed that there are two dominant factors that affect creativity, which is the current state of learning and stimulation from the environment. It can be concluded that the creativity of student learning is influenced by the current state of learning and stimulation from the environment.

Abstract

Produktivitas merupakan perbandingan antara hasil yang dicapai atau (output)dengan keseluruhan sumber produksi atau (input)yang dipergunakan untuk menghasilkan output bersangkutan. Dalam mengukur produktivitas pada usaha batik tulis di Desa Babagan Kecamatan Lasem Kabupaten Rembang. Hal ini akan diukur dengan dua variabel yaitu tenaga kerja dan persaingan usaha. Di kampung wisata batik tersebut diharapkan produktivitas terus meningkat sehingga batik tulis pesisir tetap berkembang dan menjadi salah satu ikon kota Rembang. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh tenaga kerja dan persaingan usaha terhadap produktivitas usaha batik tulis di Desa Babagan Kecamatan Lasem Kabupaten Rembang.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa tenaga kerja dan persaingan usaha batik tulis berpengaruh simultan dan parsial terhadap produktivitas usaha batik tulis. Pemilihan tenaga kerja dan strategi bersaing dalam usaha batik tulis hendaknya lebih diperhatikan agar produktivitas batik tulis di Desa Babagan terus meningkat sehingga batik tulis tetap menjadi salah satu ikon Kota Rembang dan Desa Babagan tetap menjadi kampung wisata batik tulis. Productivity is a comparison between the results achieved with the overall (output) of the (input) used to produce the relevant output. In measuring the productivity of the businesses in the village Babagan batik Lasem Rembang sub-district will be measured by two variables: labor and competition. In the tourist village of batik is expected to continue to increase productivity so that the coastal batik still grow and become one of the icons of Rembang. The purpose of this study to determine the effect of labor and competition batik to productivity batik business in the village Babagan of Rembang.Based on the results of the study concluded that labor and business competition batik simultaneous and partial effect on the productivity of businesses batik. Selection of labor and competitive strategy in an attempt batik should be taken to ensure that the productivity of batik in the village began to rise steadily Babagan batik remains one of the icons of Apex and villages Babagan remains a tourist village batik.

Abstract

Berdasarkan studi pendahuluan diketahui bahwa 92,4% siswa kelas XII SMK di Kabupaten Kudus masih ragu-ragu dalam membuat keputusan karir. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa career maturity siswa masih rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh internal locus of control dan self-efficacy terhadap career maturity. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XII SMK di Kabupaten Kudus yang berjumla 4230 siswa dan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah multi-stage sampling, sehingga jumlah sampelnya adalah 70 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif presentase dan analisis regresi berganda. Analisis deskriptif diperoleh bahwa career maturity dalam kategori mature, internal locus of control dalam kondisi baik, dan self-efficacy dalam kondisi baik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh internal locus of control terhadap career maturity sebesar 50,55%, pengaruh self-efficacy terhadap career maturity sebesar 9,8%, dan pengaruh internal locus of control dan self-efficacy terhadap caeer maturity sebesar 81,3%. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalahinternal locus of control dan self-efficacy berpengaruh terhadap career maturity baik secara parsial maupun simultan.Saran yang diberikan bagi pihak sekolah maupun siswa hendaknya lebih meningkatkan career maturity yang dimiliki dengan lebih banyak mencari informasi yang relevan untuk meningkatkan kesiapan siswa dalam membuat keputusan-keputusan karir yang tepat. Based on the preliminary study known that as many as 92.4% of students in XII grade of SMK in Kudus was hesitant to making decisions vocational career. It is indicated that the students have a low career maturity. This study aimed to determine the effect of an internal locus of control and self-efficacy towards career maturity. The population was all of XII grade vocational school students in Kudus regency totaling 4320 students and the sampling technique used is multi-stage sampling, so the sample size is 70 students. The methods of data collection using the questionnaire. And data analysis used is descriptive percentage analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The result of desciptive analysis is career maturity in mature category, internal locus of control in good category, and self-efficacy in good category.The result of research shows that internal locus of control influence on career maturity of 50.55%, self-efficacy influence the career maturity of 9.8%, and Internal Locus of Control and Self-Efficacy influence the Career Maturity of 81.3%. The conclusions of this research is internal locus of control and self-efficacy influence career maturity either partially or simultaneously.The advice can be given for the school and the students should further enhance the career maturity that owned by more searching for relevant information to improve the readiness of students in career decisions making that appropriate.

Abstract

Minat berwirausaha siswa dipengaruhi beberapa faktor diantaranya adalah prestasi dan lingkungan. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah adakah pengaruh prestasi terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa , adakah pengaruh lingkungan terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa, adakah pengaruh prestasi dan lingkungan terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 86 siswa yang terdiri dari kelas XI Pemasaran SMK Diponegoro Salatiga, Karena penelitian ini merupakan penelitian populasi sehingga semua populasi dijadikan sampel penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel prestasi dalam katagori tuntas dengan rata-rata persentase sebesar 81,9 %. Variabel lingkungan dalam katagori baik dengan persentase sebesar 71,0% dan variabel minat berwirausaha dalam kategori sedang dengan persentase 62,3% . Uji Regresi meunjukan hasil uji persial untuk prestasi diperoleh nilai thitung = 5,305 dan signifikan 0,000 < 0,05, variabel lingkungan diperoleh nilai thitung = 5,935 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 maka Ho ditolak dan Ha1,Ha2, Ha3 diterima. Besarnya pengaruh secara persial pada variabel prestasi adalah 25,60% dan variabel lingkungan sebesar 29,81%. Secara simultan sebesar 54,1% dan sisanya 45,9% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara prestasi dan lingkungan tehadap minat berwirausaha siswa baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Dari penelitian ini dapat dikemukakan saran yaitu : agar siswa memiliki minat berwirausaha, bagi guru pelajaran kewirausahaan sebaiknya tidak hanya teori saja namun perlu adanya studi kasus ataupun mendatangkan narasumber wirausaha sukses. bagi sekolah sebaiknya praktek kerja industri harus sesuai dengan progam keahliahnya agar siswa dapat belajar dan meningkatkan penanaman potensi kepribadian. Students’ interest in entrepreneurship is influenced by several factors such as achievement and environment. The problems in this research are; is there any influences between students’ achievement with students’interest in entrepreneurship. Is there any environmental influences on students' entrepreneurship interest. Is there any influences in achievement and environmet toward the students’ interest in entrepreneurship. Population in this research were 86 students consisted of XI Grade Marketing students of SMK Diponegoro Salatiga. Since this study was population research, so all the population became the research sample. The results of the research showed that achievement variable is on the high category with average percentage of 81,9%. Environment variable in the good category with percentage of 71,0% and entrepreneurship interest is on the medium category with percentage of 62,3%. The Regression Test showed the result of partial testing for achievement, it was obtained tcount = 5,305 and significance 0.000, < 0.05, environment variables obtained value tcount= 5.935 with a significance value of 0.000 < 0,05 then Ho was rejected and Ha1 , Ha2 , HA3 were accepted. The significance of partial influence in achievement variable was 25.60 % and 29.81 % in environment variable. Simultaneously amounted to 54.1 % and the remaining 45.9 % was influenced by other factors which was not examined in this study. Based on the result of the study, it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between achievement and environment toward the students' interest in entrepreneurship either partially or simultaneously. From this research, it can be proposed some suggestions, they are: students are supposed to have interest in entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship teachers should not only emphasize in theory but also a real case study or teachers could introduce some successful entrepreneur speakers. For school, industrial work practices should be appropriate with students’ skill program, so that the students could learn and improve the basic potential personality.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pendidikan kewirausahaan dan aktivitas wirausaha berpengaruh terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Semarang baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa ketua PKM-K tahun pendanaan 2015 yang berjumlah 67 mahasiswa dan teknik sampling menggunakan sampel jenuh yang berjumlah 67 mahasiswa. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis dengan metode analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis regresi berganda. Penelitian ini menggunakan angket sebagai alat pengumpulan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pendidikan kewirausahaan dan aktivitas wirausaha berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Semarang (62,3%). Pengaruh secara parsial juga didapatkan pada tiap variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat. Pada pendidikan kewirausahaan berpengaruh terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa (14,98%). Sedangkan aktivitas wirausaha berpengaruh terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa (36,12%). Saran yang diberikan untuk dapat memaksimalkan minat berwirausaha mahasiswa diantaranya adalah pendidikan kewirausahaan bisa dimasukkan pada kurikulum wajib dalam perkuliahan di Universitas Negeri Semarang. Sehingga pengetahuan akan kewirausahaan menjadi lebih berkembang dan timbul minat untuk menjadi wirausahawan. This study aims to determine to what extent the entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial activity affect the interest in entrepreneurship of Semarang State University’s students either simultaneously or partially. The population in this study is the chairman of the PKM-K student in funding year 2015 with the total of 67 students. Sampling techniques used is saturated sampling with the total of 67 students. This study uses a questionnaire as a tool of data collection. Methods of data collection using questionnaires and documentation. The collected data are then analyzed by descriptive statistical analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results show that entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial activity influence simultaneously to the interest in entrepreneurship of Semarang State University’s students (62.3%). Partial effect is also obtained on each independent variable to the dependent variable. On entrepreneurship education, it influences students’ interest in entrepreneurship (14.98%). While the entrepreneurial activity affects the student interest in entrepreneurship (36.12%). Based on the above results, it can be concluded that entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial activity influence simultaneously and partially to the interest in entrepreneurship of Semarang State University’s students. Advice given to maximize the interest in entrepreneurship of students; entrepreneurship education could be included in the compulsory curriculum in lectures at Semarang State University. Therefore, entrepreneurship knowledge will be more developed and it will procure interest to be an entrepreneur.

Abstract

Pendidikan berintikan interaksi pendidik dengan peserta didik dalam upaya membantu peserta didik menguasai tujuan-tujuan pendidikan. Pendidikan akan berhasil, jika proses pembelajaran berlangsung dengan baik. Proses pembelajaran akan berlangsung baik apabila metode pembelajaran yang diterapkan sesuai dengan keadaan siswa. Selama ini proses pembelajaran masih dilakukan secara konvensional. Sebagai akibatnya, terlihat pada hasil observasi awal hasil belajar siswa di SMK Islam Roudlotus Saidiyyah masih banyak siswa yang belum tuntas nilainya. Untuk menghindari hal tersebut, salah satu upayanya dengan menerapkan Metode Pembelajaran Numbered Head Together (NHT) dan Think Pair Share (TPS). Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian adalah Adakah perbedaan hasil belajar antara metode pembelajaranNumbered Head Together (NHT) dengan Think Pair Share (TPS) terhadap hasil belajar mata pelajaran kewirausahaan kelas X SMK Islam Roudlotus Saidiyyah Semarang.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasi eksperimen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh kelas X SMK Islam Roudlotus Saidiyyah Semarang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling kuota, sehingga mengambil sampel 32 siswa, kelas X TKJ sebagai kelas eksperimen pertema dan kelas X PS sebagai kelas eksperimen kedua. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi, tes dan angket dan analisis data menggunakan uji t.Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan didapatkan nilai Sig. (2-tailed) untuk motivasi siswa 0,009, nilai Sig. (2-tailed) untuk respon siswa 0,035, nilai Sig.(2-tailed) untuk hasil belajar siswa 0,03. Berdasarkan nilai Sig. (2-tailed) tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar siswa kelas NHT dengan kelas TPS. Rata-rata tingkat motivasi siswa 73,8%, tingkat respon siswa72,0%, dan hasil belajar siswa 71,0% pada kelas NHT lebih tinggi dari pada kelas TPS dengan rata-rata tingkat motivasi siswa 57,5%, tingkat respon siswa 61,5%, dan hasil belajar siswa 67,8%.Dari hasil penelitian diatas dapat disimpulkan bahwa perbandingan metode pembelajaran Numbered Head Together (NHT) lebih tinggi dari pada metode pembelajaran Think Pair Share (TPS) pada hasil belajar siswa kelas X SMK Islam Roulotus Saidiyyah. Education means interaction educator to learners in order to help learners master the objectives of education. Education will be successful, if the learning process is progressing well. The learning process will take place either if the teaching methods are applied in accordance with the state of the student. During this learning process is still done conventionally. As a result, seing on previsious result of student learning outcomes in vocational Islam Roudlotus Saidiyyah still many students who have not completed value yet. To avoid this, one of the efforts to implement a Learning Numbered Head Together Method (NHT) and Think Pair Share (TPS). The formulation of the problem is there a difference between the results of studies of learning methods Numbered Head Together (NHT) with Think Pair Share (TPS) on learning outcomes kewirausahaan subjects of class X SMK Islam Roudlotus Saidiyyah Semarang.The research method used is a quasi experimental. Population in this students of class X SMK Islam Roudlotus Saidiyyah. Samplingtechnique used is sampling quotas, thus taking a sample of 32 students, class X TKJ as the first experimental class and the class as a class X PS second experiment. Methods of data collection using the documentation, test and questionnaire and analyzed using t-test.Based on the results of test calculations independent sample t-test found the Sig. (2-tailed) for 0,009 student motivation, the Sig. (2-tailed) for 0,035 student responses, the Sig. (2-tailed) for student learning outcomes 0.03. Based on the value of Sig. (2-tailed), we can conclude that there are differences in student learning outcomes NHT class to class TPS. Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah karena kurangnya aktivitas siswa dalam pembelajaran sehingga berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa yang kurang optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar pada materi pasar sasaran siswakelas X Pemasaran 2 SMK N 9 Semarang Tahun Ajaran2015/2016 melalui penerapan model Problem Based Learning.Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas yang dilaksanakan selama dua siklus, dimana setiap siklus meliputi proses perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMK N 9 Semarang dengan subjek penelitian adalah 36 siswa pada kelas X Pemasaran 2 tahun ajaran 2015/2016. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah tes, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi lembar observasi aktivitas belajar , lembar diskusi dan soal tes evaluasi. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa dari siklus I ke siklusI. Pada siklus I rata-rata skor aktivitas siswa mencapai 60,7% dan pada siklus II meningkat 18,46% menjadi 79,16%. Kemudian rata-rata nilai hasil belajar siswa pada siklus I mencapai 75,01 dan pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 83,9. Presentase ketuntasan klasikal hasil belajar siswa pada siklus I mencapai 63,9% dan pada siklus II meningkat 22,21% menjadi 86,11%. The background of this research was because of lack of students in learning activities so that the effect on student learning outcomes are less than optimal. The purpose of this research was to increase activity and outcomes of learning on market target subject of 10th grade Marketing Students 2 in SMK Negeri 9 Semarang 2015/2016 by implementing Problem Based Learning model. This research was a Class Action Research held by two cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, action, observation, and reflection. This research was held in SMK Negeri 9 Semarang with the 36 subjects from the 10th grade students. Method of this research includes test, observation, and documentation. Instruments that were used in this research were observation study sheets, discussion sheets, and evaluation sheets. Method that was used in this research was descriptive analysis. Result of this research showed increasing activity and outcomes of learning from cycle I to cycle II. In cycle I the average score of students’ activity was 60,7 % and increased 18,45 % that became 79,16%. Outcomes of learning of students in cycle I was 75,01 and in cycle II became 83,9. Classical percentage of completeness outcomes of learning in students were 63,9% and increased 22,21% in cycle II that became 86,11%.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui baik secara simultan maupun parsial apakah keterampilan mengajar guru, kompetensi kepribadian, dan kompetensi social guru berpengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas X AP SMK Negeri 1 Purwodadi. Populasi yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini merupakan siswa kelas X AP sebanyak 117 orang. Variabel yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini yaitu keterampilan mengajar guru, kompetensi kepribadian guru, dan kompetensi social guru. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara kuisioner, tes, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penilitian menunjukkan bahwa analisis regresi linear berganda diperoleh persamaan: Y =. 56,484 + 0,138X1 + 0,118X2 + 0,154X3. Besarnya pengaruh secara simultan sebesar 58,2%. Sedangkan pengaruh secara parsial keterampilan mengajar guru sebesar 22,09%, kompetensi kepribadian guru sebesar 17,05%, dan kompetensi sosial guru sebesar 7,23%. The purpose of this study is to determine either simultaneously or partially teaching skills teacher, personal competence, and social competence of techer on student achievement at tenth grade of SMK N 1 Purwodadi. The Population in this research is tenth grade AP as many as 117 students. The Variables were examined in this study are teaching skills teacher, personal competence, and social competence of teacher. Data collection is used by the writer are questionnaires, tests, observation and documentation. Data analyzed using descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis. Results of this research multiple regression analysis is Y =56,484 + 0,138X1 + 0,118X2 + 0,154X3. There is a simultaneous effect of 58,2%, while the partial effect of teaching skills teacher by 22,09%, personal competence by 17,05%, and amounted to 7,23% of social competence.

Abstract

Motivasi merupakan keseluruhan daya penggerak dari dalam maupun luar diri siswa yang menimbulkan kegiatan belajar sehingga tujuan yang dikehendaki dapat tercapai secara maksimal. Motivasi belajar siswa diantaranya dipengaruhi oleh faktor intern yang berasal dari dalam diri siswa yakni kesiapan belajar dan faktor ekstern yang berasal dari luar diri siswa yakni kompetensi profesional guru dan lingkungan belajar. Berdasarkan hasil observasi awal ada indikasi bahwa motivasi belajar siswa kelas X Program Keahlian Administrasi Perkantoran di SMK N 1 Kendal masih rendah. Masalah yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini yaitu adakah pengaruh kesiapan belajar, kompetensi profesional guru, dan lingkungan belajar terhadap motivasi belajar mata pelajaran kearsipan secara simultan maupun parsial. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu adakah pengaruh kesiapan belajar, kompetensi profesional guru, dan lingkungan belajar terhadap motivasi belajar mata pelajaran kearsipan secara simultan maupun parsial. Populasi yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini merupakan siswa kelas X Program Keahlian Administrasi Perkantoran tahun ajaran 2014/2015 sebanyak 71 siswa. Variabel yang dikaji yaitu kesiapan belajar, kompetensi profesional guru, lingkungan belajar, dan motivasi belajar. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan deskriptif dan regresi berganda. Hasil dari analisis regresi linier berganda diperoleh persamaan Y = -14,855+ 0,571X1 + 0,309X2 + 0,519X3 + e. Ada pengaruh secara simultan antara kesiapan belajar, kompetensi profesional guru dan lingkungan belajar terhadap motivasi belajar sebesar 63,3%, sedangkan pengaruh secara parsial kesiapan belajar sebesar 38,5%, kompetensi profesional guru sebesar 7,9%, dan lingkungan belajar sebesar 20,25%. Motivation was the entire driving force from within and outside the student who raised learning activities so that the desired objectives could be achieved optimally. Student's motivation was influenced by internal factors that came from within the student's readiness in learning and external factors that came from outside the student that was the professional competence of teachers and the learning environment. Based on the results of the preliminary observations there were several indications that the class X students of Office Administration Program of at SMK N 1 Kendal motivations were remain low. Problems studied in this research were to study whether there were any influence readiness in learning, professional competence of teachers and the learning environment on motivation to learn filing subjects simultaneously or partially or not. The purpose of this study was to study whether there were any influences of the readiness in learning, professional competence of teachers and the learning environment on motivation to learn filing subjects simultaneously or partially or not. The population studied in this research was class X students of Office Administration Program 2014/2015 academic year as many as 71 students. Variables examined namely the readiness in learning, professional competence of teachers, the learning environment and learning motivation. Data collected by means of questionnaires and documentation. Data were analyzed using descriptive and multiple regression. The results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained by the equation Y = -14,855+0,571X1+0,309X2+0,519X3+e. There was a simultaneous effect between readiness in learning, professional competence of teachers and the learning environment on motivation to learn at 63.3%, while the partial effect of readiness in learning by 38.5%, professional competence of teachers by 7.9%, and the learning environment at 20, 25%.

Abstract

Setiap organisasi perlu meningkatkan kinerja organisasi. peningkatan tersebut dapat dilakukan melalui peningkatan kinerja sumber daya manusia atau individu yang dimiliki. Untuk meningkatkan kinerja individu, maka organisasi harus melakukan pengukuran kinerja. Salah satu dimensi yang dapat digunakan dalam pengukuran kinerja adalah kompetensi. Dari hasil observasi, dilihat adanya kinerja pegawai tata usaha masih kurang baik, hal ini terlihat pada pelayanan yang kurang ramah, waktu pelayanan yang tergolong lama, adanya dokumen yang hilang dan tertukar, arsip belum tertata dengan baik dan penggunaan perlengkapan masih secara manual. Untuk itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengetahuan, keterampilan, konsep diri dan karakteristik pribadi terhadap kinerja staf SMK N se Kota Pekalongan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode ex post facto. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan program SPSS 16. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh persamaan Y=0,867+0,313X1+0,268X2+0,257X3+0,320X4. Hasil perhitungan koefisien secara simultan sebesar 0,831. Hasil uji F sebesar 67,833 dengan taraf signifikansi 0,000. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara pengetahuan terhadap kinerja, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara keterampilan terhadap kinerja, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara konsep diri terhadap kinerja dan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara karakteristik pribadi terhadap kinerja. An organization need to improve organizasional performance. It can done trhough an increase in human resources or individual. To improve the performance of individuals, organizational must conduct performance measurement. One of dimensions that used in performance measurement is competence. The result of observation, employee performance still not good. It appears to be less friendly service, length of service time, lost of document and swapped, archives not arranged and the equipment used is still manual. Therefore, the purpose of this study was known Influence of Knowledge, Skill, Self-Concept and Personal Characteristic to Performance Employees Of SMK N Pekalongan. This study use a quantitative approach with ex post facto method. Data were collected by using questionnaires. Analysis used is multiple linear regression, analysis using SPSS 16. Of the result obtained by equation Y=0,867+0,313X1+0,268X2+0,257X3+0,320X4. Coefficient calculation results simultaneously is 0,831. Test result F is 67,833 with sig. 0,000. Conclutions of this study is that there is a positive and significant influence between knowledge to performance, there is a positive and significant influence between skill to performance, there is a positive and significant influence between personal characteristic to performance.
